The hotel's location was very convenient for our needs, and the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. However, we were disappointed by the strong smell of smoke upon entering, along with some cleanliness issues like dirty floors and fingerprints on furniture.
I was told I would get a military rate, but then I was charged the regular price, which felt out of control. The room was ready upon my arrival and conveniently located near me.
I was impressed with the spacious rooms that were equipped with plenty of outlets for electronics, but the strong smell of smoke upon entering was a major turn-off. The service was friendly and helpful, although the issue with not wearing a mask was concerning. The location was great for exploring the area, but the limited pool hours were a drawback. The dining experience fell short with only standard food options available.
